Culture & Tradition

Nepal: The people are widely renewed for being the most hospitable and welcoming of any hosts. Their traditions to us westerners may seem simple but it is widely celebrated they celebrate may traditions that can be linked to architecture, music, codes of manners, dress, language, rituals, norms of behaviour and systems of belief.

England: The English has the stereotypical link of being pompous and having a ‘stiff upper lip’ we are worldly renowned for standing in line and drinking tea. This could be perceived as meaning that our culture is one of a friendly and welcoming nation, which in a sense is true but we have high crime rates, a ‘hoodie culture’ and some youngsters cannot even show elders the respect they deserve.

This could be a dictionary of the cultural backgrounds, and traditions of both Nepal and England.
